We are very sorry for any damage that may have occurred during your move and that you have found it necessary to report a claim. We will attempt to settle all claims in an equitable and timely manner. You can initiate a claim by contacting your account coordinator directly or by completing the online form below. Upon receipt of the form, a file will be established and assigned to an adjuster. You should receive a letter within 3 weeks of receipt of the claim form in acknowledgement.
Please complete the form as accurately as possible. Once completed please submit the form by clicking on “form submission”. We will send you confirmation of our receipt of your claim via email. We will notify you by email of each action taken on your claim and will provide the name, phone number and e-mail address of your claim’s adjuster. We appreciate your business and sincerely hope to make the filing and settling of your claim as simple as possible.
To protect your rights:
- Please retain all damaged articles, including shipping cartons. These items must be available for inspection.
- Do not have any items repaired prior to inspection.
- Please have all shipping documents available at the time of inspection, including the descriptive inventories, if any.
- Transportation charges must be paid in full prior to claim settlement.
Be sure all unpacking has been completed and all items examined before submitting a claim.
